✨drink plenty of water
✨cool and quick shower to get rid of SPF residue, sweat to reduce inflammation
✨moisturize with products has has Hyaluronic acid
✨keep aloe Vera plant handy! It’s 99% water. It is anti-inflammatory and will give your skin temporary relief.
✨no exfoliation - your skin might peel in spots that did not have enough SPF. Let it peel naturally. Do NOT scrub or use any exfoliating products!

After a brief hiatus due to some health concerns, my client recently came back to see me for a facial. Usual concerns for her skin are dryness and aging. I recommended the Intense Hydrating Facial in anticipation we need to rebalance and soothe her skin.

I used targeted ingredients such as hyaluronic acid & Inca Inchi (softens and protects the skin providing it with Omegas 3, 6 & 9) helped provide the moisture her skin was craving, while Yucca and Pineapple extracts exfoliated and stimulated collagen and elastin. I replenished her skin barrier with a custom recovery serum.
